Eric Christensen gets a VIP tour of Grgich Hills Estate in the Carneros wine appellation:

On a cool day in mid March Eric was given a VIP tour of Grgich Hills Estate vineyards with Pam Harter and Paul Terradista. Grigich Hills Estate vineyards implements a new approach to wine making called Biodynamic Farming in which the vineyard becomes self sustainable. They do not use chemicals, pesticides, or fungicides. They use old world methods such as cover crops and homeopathic remedies. Like the vineyard, the wine is in balance. The resulting wine has complex flavors and a rich character.
