Two major reflections worth noticing are an open window reflected in both wine glasses and the Silver Oak bottle. The sterling silver pitcher reflects those items closest to it as well as items in the rest of the room. Can you pick out some of them? Queen Anne cherries and sumptuous grapes add a punch of color to this quiet retreat. A first for Christensen is his inclusion of his earlier painting titled “Cabernet Day," a piece that evokes a very special memory for Christensen since his family was with him as it was being composed. |
