"Late Harvest" was staged at the “Vintage 1870” Wine Cellar. The name of this piece refers to the wine bottles which contain desert wines made from “late harvest” grapes. Eric chose to include the Limeric Lane label having known the winery owner. The cheese selected for this grouping is the perfect compliment to the wine.
