Everyone has their own idea of the perfect time and place; that spot that brings you closer to your personal heaven – no matter what time of year.  There is a man whose dream it was to have his own vineyards and create a world-class wine that would be remembered for years to come.  On the west-facing side of Mount St. Helena, just north of the Napa Valley, this man bought some land and began growing the grapes that would one day earn him Wine of the Year and make his dream come true.   How are your dreams coming along?  When can you answer Ah Paradise!
