Lazy summer days provide the opportunity to reflect on times gone by  - or as Springsteen likes to call it  the “Glory Days.”  Everyone’s had them at one time or another.  Sometimes it is serendipitous, like when “the stars align”; other times it’s the celebration of the reward for having “earned your stripes.”  So is it true that every winemaker’s goal is create the most glorious wine of his career – every single time.  Raise a toast and drink in your own “Taste of Glory.”
